"Cleaning the room each day isn’t a true cleaning but more so a tidy up. Wash cloths were not replaced and the toilet seat was left up as if a man finished using however left up with caked up urine stains on bottom of seat. Disappointed with the lack of attention to cleanliness. Important documents were also removed from the room I.e valet ticket. Leaving me no way to call for the car prior to making my way to lobby. in room phone is inoperable as well. had to place in room dining orders through my cellphone"

"This is a great place if you need to park your car for free and have easy access to metro (Spring Hill Station is 4 min by foot, even its website says Greensboro which is actually farther away). There were 2 trash bins right in front of our room under the stairway. Right after we checked in, someone is dumping carpet cleaning waste from a floor up, splashing all over the walk way close to our room door."

"The room appeared to be clean and beds well made. But a smell was present, not sure if it was from the carpet or the building itself, it smelled like a basement. Less than half way through the stay, I hear a rodent behind the mini fridge at night. I bring it up to the managers attention in the morning and decided to check out early and cancel the rest of my trip. The lady manager apologized sincerely and assured me it will be addressed and a refund for the remaining days that I paid for and didn't stay. No refund, no calls answered. Then routed to a customer service number that keeps transferring to a checking/booking agent but no customer service or management. Over a week later still no refund and still can't get to a live person to talk to on the phone."
