It is away from towns which is what we needed after three days in Dublin. BUT! Don’t let this fool you as we had the best meal at the Woodenbridge Hotel (8 min drive)… so you have options. Lovely place!”

“Everything good if you can find the hotel which is hidden away in deep country. I thought we were going to have to sleep in our car when failing to find the hotel late at night ! We were saved by a lady that I asked for help and she VERY KINDLY took us. All the way there in the dark !! ”

“This property was beautiful and unique. It was our own little cabin behind the main house with parking. Margaret and her son were very helpful with any questions we had. We stayed for three nights and could easily travel to Waterford, Wexford, Tramore Beach, Hook Lighthouse and the town of New Ross has some interesting attractions.”

“We only stayed for a night as we were attending a funeral in wexford. The gentlemen (i assumed he was the owner) was very helpful when he checked us in showing us were restaurant's were in the town. We didn't have breakfast as my wife doesn't eat in morning. The girl who checked us out in morning was very nice. Very nice place would recommend it.”

“Great location, very very beautiful. The pod was smaller than expected, but most of it was there. For the money you pay, I would expect a bit more small things like a candle on the table, place to cook. The coffee machine was not working and it was not super clean, there were coffee marks next to the bed. For the rest, I would recommend people checking out this place as the area and the views are amazing!”

“All staff very efficient and pleasant. The only downsides were the small portions of chips at dinner and the pool which was cold. My daughter and husbands dinner had child size portions not value for the money charged. Also in this sort of hotel there should be a warmish pool,you wouldn't stay long in it. Also I couldn't see why after staying and 4 people having dinner and several drinks why I couldn't use the pool on the afternoon of check out. We both found that there was noise in this...

“Check-in was easy & room was clean. Room is in need of some updating—paint, stained carpet, etc, but it is clean, spacious & a beautiful view. Dinner & service at The Dock was awful for the price. My shrimp was not a lime scampi, but frozen fried tough shrimp. Server was unfriendly and the food for the price was horrendous. Complete waste of money. Aldo sells better frozen shrimp I am sure. Location is beautiful & overall hotel is nice. Just don’t eat here.”
