"This hotel was amazing and comfortable will definitely be staying again the only thing I didn’t like was the blackout curtains wasn’t blackout curtains the sun come right into the room in morning which will wake you up. Also at night you can see straight into another person room when’s there any kind of light on where’s the privacy? But overall it’s a nice hotel"

"Front desk man at.night was overcooked and the hotel was overbooked and its been a week and um still waiting for my refund, very nice plave but ridiculous to get a room there tells you multiple rooms are available but they have been sold out for hours bow while people are still buying for ridiculous prices and thinking they have a room waiting for them...ruined my whole honeymoon..."

"Terrible experience. We went to enjoy the pool which we were told is out of service and has been for a few weeks. We advised them we came with our children specifically to enjoy the pool. As a result, we decided to only stay one of the two nights we booked. We were told we would be refunded our second night if we checked out by 11AM which we did. It’s been 3 weeks and we are still fighting to get our money back as Expedia can not get in touch with their hotel manager. How ridiculous is that? The refund is only $80. I can’t imagine how painful this would be had we spent a few hundred or thousand dollars. Be careful with both Tropicana and Expedia. Also, Tropicana’s crowd looks rough. Never going back."
