“Expedia listed the location as Crystal Mountain Hotels. There were several hotel/condos on the property. I am not sure how they determine which one you get booked into, but we were placed in a very old, run down lodge. No elevator, no locks on the back patio door, toilet was about 6" off the floor and numerous other issues. Staying at the permanent trailer park next door probably would have been nicer.”

“Room was clean and I really appreciate the early check in. Room was spacious with all amenities inside. Packwood is very remote and small town and this is best in the town, we stayed here for 2 nights when we visited mt rainier.”

“It was very clean and comfortable and the personnel was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend it to my friends who want to visit the Mt Rainier.”

“It’s one thing to have a shared bathrooms. It’s another thing to have shared bathrooms that are absolutely gross. The floors were muddy. The showers covered in mold. I complained to the host Kim and asked for a bathroom cleaning. I got no response and the bathrooms looked the same the next day. I hope the health department is reading this message.”
