“Location of hotel was perfect . Walking distance to town beach across from hotel . Local bus service available down the coast . Our room was very nice . Housekeeping , cleaned well and relished daily . All staff were polite and pleasant . Breakfast was disappointing . Not displayed well . Request for poached eggs took forever each morning and were like hard boiled eggs by the time they were received . The breakfast layout just looked a mess .”

“Nice bar and restaurant area - near to Folkestone and exit to channel tunnel so all good - local garages, Tesco’s M&S garage shop McD’ all in close Proximity. Rooms are clean and basic but with just what you need. Great to have food available on site plus the free Breakfast is perfect to set you on your way. Staff are willing to help with any needs - that are possible. Only gripe would be having to pay for car parking. So ideal place to stay if need to be near Folkestone and the Channel...

“My son was charge to use the gym. No airconditioning and extremely hot and humid . Each room was provided with small electric fan. No more, no less. They did not lend us another fan when my husband requested one. The location is great though.”

“Lovely hotel comfy bed breakfast excellent staff very friendly the only downside was no fridge in room and this weather would of been good to put the water in and no glasses or plastic cups for in the bathroom had to use coffee cup but otherwise brilliant hotel”

“Very clean room with plenty of tea making facilities and lots of hot water, fluffy towels and a comfortable bed. Helpful full length mirror in bedroom. Some of the communal areas look a bit tired, but staff welcoming and room was great for my needs (staying overnight in area ready for family get together). Great location for Hythe and walk along seafront short drive away.”

“Clean, air conditioned room, friendly and helpful staff with a great restaurant and breakfast atmosphere. More than enough parking availability and a safe area. Lots of shops nearby.”
