Very ample room and great amenities. The lobby is very helpful and serviceable. Centrally located but the hotel has quite a few restaurants and other stores, including a 7-11 onsite.

Great room, in a quiet spot in Shinjuku with a short walk to train stations. Helpful staff, lots of options around in walking distance too. Loved the luggage forwarding service that they were very helpful with.

Everything was incredible - room was beautiful, bath/shower amenities were beyond expected, hotel was just wonderful. Super convenient 7-11 just outside the hotel, and a train station below the hotel made any commute easy. Couldn't recommend this place more highly.
