"出張の際に初めて利用しました。 フロント受付の反対側にアメニティがあることを案内してもらわなかったため、部屋に入ってシャワーを浴びたあとに歯ブラシなど一式が無いことに気づきました。 まだ経験の浅そうなフロントスタッフっぽく、ベテランぽい方が片手間にフォローはしていたが、大変残念でした。 部屋はきれいで清潔に保たれており、喫煙ルームにも関わらず臭いも気にならないところはさすがです。 米子駅周辺はきれいなお店もありますが、基本的には少しさびれた感じがしていて、夜ご飯とかを調べずに出てしまったら失敗するかもしれません。 ビジネスとして利用する分には申し分ないホテルです。 スタッフさんがもう少ししっかりしてくれていれば高評価のホテルです。"

"English translation follows. I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great.
