“We entered the front and were met with a warm welcome at the bar. The place had a warm welcoming feel to it too. Once checked in we were taken to our room. The room was lovely. The bedroom was comfortable, clean and spacious. My wife and I immediately felt at home. The en-suite was also very clean and the shower was amazing. Was nice to freshen up after a long journey. There is a large car park at the rear and a lovely beer garden too. Slept well - beds were really comfy. As for breakfast - wow...

“5 stars isn’t enough for Eastdale B&B.
The property is immaculate.
Liz is an exemplary host.
The breakfast was excellent and was all quality ingredients.
Parking is easy.
I travel extensively for business and Eastdale B&B is the best accommodation I have stayed in for a very long time.”

“We loved our stay at this gem of a BnB. The massive bed and the hearty breakfast gave us the energy to explore the area and made any jet lag a non-issue. Sue and Gary are wonderful hosts and provide as little or as much interaction as you want and were very helpful with ideas for locale, especially dinner. Sawby is a cute English town and the locals were very friendly when we went for walks.”

“I did not get use of the room as the hotel was locked up despite calling and leaving messages there was no reply . I had the inconvenience of having to travel 12 miles to find another hotel .”

“Beautifully decorated rooms, powerful shower, coffee pod machine with Costa coffee, location to town centre is great. Staff were brilliant dealt with requests promptly, I would highly recommend this guest house.”
