"Nice hotel good area but not a lot employees speak English no valet parking and not enough parking space also scape from welcome breakfast it isn’t timeshare but is a hotel program with 20,000 price sale but took 3 hrs from my Sunday morning and in the end they employees made very clean they were upset because I didn’t buy … not good or bad but a lot better options"

"What a great trip. We loved the unique location, the surrounding animals and nature, excellent service, and comfortable rooms. The food was great, everything was well-organized, and everything ran smoothly. The salespeople were a bit pushy initially, but once we shared our plans and preferences, they gave us space. The Xcaret park entrances are literally right by the lobby and the hotel's beach areas. However, it felt like you were inside Xcaret park even while on the resort grounds. We booked unlimited park entrances, and that was a fantastic choice for us. We did 1-2 experiences each day and then enjoyed relaxing by the pool or the ocean in the afternoons. The night shows at the resort were entertaining and culturally rich. This was our 6th or 7th trip to Mexico, and we’ve learned so much about its culture, people, and beautiful land during this visit."
