"The room was pretty small, for that price and for a four-star hotel, but it was kind of comfortable anyway. I asked for a quiet room, and it was in a quiet corner, though the top of the door was shorter than the frame, so there was a space between that allowed light or noise in. The shower was open, but in a small place, so when you have a shower, you flood the whole bathroom (only sink, the toilet is in a different room) and struggle not to get the carpet in the room wet. The people at the Reception when I arrived and when I left were very polite. However, when I went to discuss a couple of things about my room with the receptionist (Wednesday at 10:00 pm) he was very dismissive and unhelpful. I complained about the fact that when I got back, my window was open (it was 5C outside), he just said that they must have forgotten it open since when they cleaned the room in the morning (no apologies). I asked for more water (you find one bottle of water in the room when you arrive, and that's it), and he told me to get it from the sink. I asked for some tea bags (you find only 3 green tea bags in the room when you arrive), and he told me that he could not give me more tea bags (that is the "formule" of the hotel). Overall, the room was ok and I enjoyed it, but I would not go back for the service. I have been to the Ibis hotel around the corner, and I got a bigger room and better service, for a lower price."
