“Stayed at Motel 6 Lakeland, FL and had a pretty disappointing experience. The room smelled strongly like cigarette smoke, which made it uncomfortable right away. It also seemed like many people are living at the property, with groups hanging around outside the rooms throughout the night. There was a lot of noise, and it didn’t quiet down until around 3 a.m., making it hard to get any rest. Overall, not a great stay.”

“If I could give the staff 0 stars I would! We got there and the clerk told me they had no rooms even though I had prepaid for the room. And then had the audacity to say they called to let me know, they did not. Wish I could say more but overbooking was their fault, not mine. ”

“Breakfast was a madhouse and was never replenished, hotel offered outside guests breakfast for a fee, and could not keep up with enough food. Ran out of ketchup for days and never replenished. Bathroom doorhandle disconnected from the inside of the bathroom in room 1201 and locked me in, someone in the room had to open-but what if I was alone? who knows...... pool towels were threadbare and small. Coffee was great, and each cup was fresh ground from beans. little messy with sticky tables,...

“They have been remolding for a year. The room had 1 chair ask for another none available. Flooring not finished. Air condition was noisy. The bath room had no area for make up etc.. the bed was nice( was just replaced). Breakfast was ok. Prefer yogurt individual not from a machine. Overall ok but should complete the rooms before offering them to customers.”

“ Even though it says it’s a non-smoking hotel folks and I will walk in the hallway smells straight up Weed people don’t follow the rules and regulations my first room they sent me had a huge hole on the wall so I changed for another the second room had bumps on the bed furniture had damages and they had to patch the bathtub faucet with white silicon which was breaking and they never clean my room not even once while I stayed no extra towels or garbage bag….. Is the hotel cheap yeah kind of but...
