“I really felt the place was a dump. It's very poorly maintained. Difficult to get a hold of someone here because no one is at the desk. Not very clean either. I was sadly disappointed. The Pics do nothing for what your about to see when you arrive. Really ruined our entire trip. Management was difficult to deal with as well. I felt ripped off!”

“Had a beach view, fireplace and it was relatively clean. Hot tub was awesome. Pool was not warm so we couldn't swim. Not enough towels and they are super small so we had to use towels we brought with us.”

“We chose this location for walking proximity to downtown and other sights. The room was fine but the traffic noise was very loud, even in the middle of the night. I asked for a new room and was told there were none of the same type available. I asked to upgrade and was told that since I booked through a third party (Expedia) and prepaid, that the payment was locked in and nothing could be done.”

“Very clean, great access to the beach. The kitchen pot and pans could use an upgrade, and the silverware cook be upgrades other than that it was perfect. Very close to other areas. Depot Bay, Devils punch bowl.”

“Smell a little of dogs. But I could not smell it. My Son mentioned it. Very spacious room. Lots of TV channels. Waffles and juice for breakfast. Conveniently located next to a Mo’s restaurant. Also a cute little coffee shop. Plenty of beach to walk on. We had a great stay.”

“Our first trip to Seaside was a success and this hotel worked well for exploring the area. It has a cute coastal vibe and although the exterior looked a little rough, the inside was a pleasant surprise — clean, comfortable, and more updated than expected. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. “Likes - location and partial view of the beach. Also the room was clean, spacious and had 2 bathrooms for our group of 3. Dislikes- most of the furniture looks worn out and like it hasn't been upgraded in ten or more years. The comforter was clean but faded. Also the pillows were stiff.”
