"Loved my stay!"

"The room that I had was room 111 and it was horrible the door there was a 2 inch gap from the bottom where the leaves from the plants from the outside was coming in. There were dead bugs around the windows. There was trash was left behind behind the dresser when My Phone fell down and I noticed against the wall of forks some plastic wrappers they’re from there the restroom there was mold around the window and the room itself. Nothing was was wiped down. There was still dirt marks on the windows curtains the walls, even the furniture and then the room was had paint on scratch up. It looks like they got it from the outside and just put it in the room and they were just massively, dirty, and stains on it from their the bed felt like it had bugs and I was itchy for two days, I prefer no one come to this hotel."

"Exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location. The mall is right next door, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice bonus and a great way to start the day. I would definitely stay here again!"

"There needs to be more attention to detail. We had to switch rooms 3 times first room no AC, second room TV wasn’t functioning, third room finally fully functioning but still just like the other rooms…. Very dusty and there were ants…staff is great but hotel owners and higher up management really need to either hire more people or change the way they’re doing things."

"This is my husband and I second time staying here and we are again so impressed with everything about this hotel. The rooms are clean, bed is beyond comfortable, the bar quirky and fun, front desk helpful, and the area in the city beautiful. This will remain as our staycation always."
