"Very close to many restaurants and walking distance to river."

"This was a very small property, but very cute and well-maintained. Our room was like its own little cottage outside of the hotel itself kind of hard to explain it look like it was all brand new. Their breakfast was yummy and it was a very quiet place, probably a little too quiet for us! Restaurants were close, but they closed pretty early for France. I would think probably around 10 PM or sooner, but it was off the beaten path, so that’s probably why. This property is very close to the Eiffel Tower, but we couldn’t see it from our room. There was a perfect little bar called the Royal bar and it was the best! They stayed open the latest, they were young and fun, and it was a savior for people who like to drink and have a good time at night. "

" Rayz Eiffel was an amazingly beautiful boutique hotel! It’s in the heart of Paris where you can walk to the Eiffel Tower walk to many restaurants walk to tourist sites or easily catch the subway or an Uber. The restaurants around the hotel were amazing. The staff was great the room, although small, was clean, very cute and had French doors where you can open it for a French doors where you can open it for a fresh air! It was cleaned every day. I highly recommend including the breakfast in your package. It was a great snack to have before heading out to do tourist activities. Communication was great and responsive. The rooftop is great with great views of the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend this place. All of the staff was amazing! Thank you for a great stay!!! "

"The location was excellent! 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower and the tour buses. A great Italian and very reasonable restaurant around the corner. Staff was helpful, spoke English and courteous. Extra coffee, tea, etc in the small kitchenette. The rooms are small but the location is terrific!!"

"The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful with any request. The hotel is walkable to cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. The hotel room was spacious for Europe and very clean. "
