"Within easy walking-distance from JR Beppu Station or Beppu-bound bus stops. We travelled straight from Fukuoka International Airport to Beppu using a bus that allowed us to alight near Beppu City Hall. From there, it was an easy 5-minute walk. I definitely like that we need to take our shoes off at the entrance and the entire hotel is covered in tatami mats! My only issue is that this hotel is used by a lot of foreign tour groups who may not be the most polite people. "First time staying with as a family of 3 with a young toddler. Half board included breakfast and dinner which was different for the 2 nights we stayed. Great rooms, clean and spacious. Hotel exterior was also very peaceful and nice. Staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Superb service. Will be back again!"

"This hotel provide drinks after 3pm and Liquor after 6pm. Is near to train station and shop. Is very centralised. The Onsen will be good if they can provide more amenities. We can even choose our own pillows . Overall had a good stay though is only for a night. I will recommend to my friends and relatives."

"Great value. Beautiful facility. Good service. Buffet dinner and breakfast were especially enjoyable. Variety of onsens on site. They even have a rooftop telescope for stargazing. Only con was the Japanese rooms do not have any shower or tub. Nowhere to take a shower in your room. You must go to the onsen and be naked in front of others to bathe. I'm not sure where one would go if they were uncomfortable with that. "
