“We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

“Booking made and paid for a week prior but when I arrived the hotel was in darkness. The member of staff said they don’t take bookings from hotels.com. and no room offered as it’s the end of the season (September). So I had to leave and find somewhere else. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. ”
