"The only disappointment we had was that there was not bellman and or valet parking. Room/great - bed very comfortable, view very nice; dinner really good, front desk at the time we checked in - she was wonderful, the restaurant bartender very nice...the young lady who brought our food out very nice as well. Did not get a chance to enjoy the pool....but there's always 'next time'. Thank you so much"

"Room was a nice two bedroom suite, we had booked a single bedroom suite but by arrival were upgraded. One room had a king size bed with private bathroom while the other room was a pair of twin beds with a bathroom off of the main room of the suite. There was a full, if small, kitchen, compact/stacked washer and dryer, dinner table with seating for 6, and a setting or living room area with a pair of chairs and a couch that was also a pull-out bed. Room was very spacious and included a wooden...

"After a mixup of ADA room, it was quickly taken care of. All ADA rooms were no equipped with proper height toilet. Really important when can’t walk but can transfer. Otherwise room was spacious and clean. Parking was a little strange with elevator not accommodating parking lot. Attended concert next door was convenient. Restaurant staff very friendly and food and coffee was good."

"Nice place to stay -read the reviews - only there for one night -- didn't use any of the amenities. The one down side was they charged $5 to park which caught me off guard - not a lot but the first time for me to ever have to pay for overnight parking when I was a paying guest. "

"Overall a wonderful stay. However, I would suggest more help at the front desk. We checked in on a Thursday night at the start of a holiday weekend. There was only one person checking everyone in, with a line from the reception desk to the front door. I applaud Demetria, who checked us in, for maintaining exemplary composure and for repeatedly expressing gratitude for everyone’s patience. Her calm and pleasant demeanor was refreshing. "

"The only issue we had was that there wasn't any hot water for showering in the morning due to the building being old. We were told that maintenance was working on it but it did not resolve before we checked out."
