"The staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. They had someone that could communicate in English to help with the check in. The hotel has plenty of restaurants including a TGI Fridays for those wanting a burger and fries. The 7 Eleven downstairs had plenty to choose from in case you had a late run. The hotel was very clean and the room had a beautiful view to the city. "

"Our stay at the Toyoko Inn No2 was excellent. Exceptional value for Money and quiet. At the lobby area, near the lifts are things such as combs and toothbrush you can collect as you need it. Although there was construction happening at the building we didnt notice anything at all in terms of noise or vibrations. Beds are soft as well as pillows for great nights sleep. "Very close to the train lines. Lots of food options and close to many shops. Highly recommend if you’re headed to Kamakura and Enoshima as it’s a good midway point, direct train lines to both locations. Also easily accessible to Haneda airport with 1 transfer. We did not try their breakfast. "

"Good choice since hotel is close to airport, the shuttle is a big bus which makes early morning transit to terminals easy. Bathroom could be cleaned better, found hair in our towels."

"It was great. A little hard to find as it's down this little path but other than that perfect. It was a 2 min walk from a station and that station was only 5 mins away from the Haneda Airport."
