"Lovely Easter break! The 'Owl' room was ideal for the four of us, as has bunks for the kids & a fabulous super-king bed. Superb Breakfasts & Sunday roast served by hosts Dave, Jackie & their team. 5 min drive from St Ives, didn't cause us an issue. This is quite a remote spot so would need a car as not much within walking distance. Excellent base for touring the extreme 'Pointy end' "

"Really nicely presented hotel in a great location. 5 mins from train station and five mins from the town. Rooms on the smallish side, however the balcony helps as a place to relax. Very friendly and courteous staff so we recommend a stay if you are in the area."

"Absolutely loved our stay in St Ives. Green Apple b&b exceeded all expectations and we will definitely be back. Adrian is a truly wonderful host who made us feel comfortable at all times and nothing was too much trouble. He was always available when we needed him and extremely pleasant to talk to. He is very clued up about the area, this helped us a lot. We also aren't the type of family who would normally eat continental breakfast as we prefer a full english, but it was so lovely! "Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. "

"This gorgeous pub/B&B, The Kings Arms is absolutely wonderful. My partner and I booked a weekend stay here (Friday to Monday) as a base whereby we could easily access attractions and nearby places we wanted to visit ie the Minack theatre, St Michaels mount, Mousehole and Penzance. The Kings Arms is located in Paul and is only a short walking distance to Mousehole. We had come down by train from Newton Abbot and during our stay we were able to use a local bus from Mousehole to get to Penzance bus...

"Beautiful location, stayed in a double private room with shared shower/WC. Exactly what we needed for one night. Make sure you check the check in times, we had to adjust our plans to allow for this. "
