"Drury Inn and Suites always offers the most for your money. The large rooms, friendly staff, pool, hot tub, and kickback hour made our stay a wonderful experience. The only issue we had was slow service at the front desk on a couple of occasions. This seems to be a reflection of low staffing, not a lack of effort. Everyone who worked there were consistently kind, just very busy. "

"Attending OSU graduation. We appreciated the shuttle that got us close to the stadium. Breakfast was a full meal with an array of choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only things we didn't like in our room was no vent in the bathroom and the sleeper fold out sofa was like a bad camping bed. "

"The front desk caught wind of the fact it was my daughter's (6) birthday. Later that evening Chloe brought up a little gift bag with a card and some candy bars. Very cool extra step on their part. The staff here were the best. I unfortunately don't remember everyone's name, but they went above and beyond for us and we won't be staying anywhere else in the Columbus area. "

"When I booked the room parking was free. I search for establishment’s with no charge for parking. Upon entering the elevator I read parking is $10 a nite. I was not told while checking in there is a $10 parking charge per night. "

"This was a nice hotel! Very convenient and spacious. We had never stayed here before and would definitely stay again! "

"Refreshing and peaceful place to stay. It was clean, and I felt safe in the downtown area. Staff were friendly. The only downside to the trip is that parking is less than ideal. At $26 per day it’s a bit over-the-top. The “official” lot for the hotel is a block away, and that is much less but not all travelers can walk because of disabilities, etc."

"The stay was outstanding. The room was immaculate. The only problem I saw is there were some stains on the sheets. They probably should have thrown those away or clean it better but my overall stay and experience was great."

"Very pleasant hotel and nice rooms, and very responsive staff--they couldn't have been nicer. The free breakfast is just okay--could be a wider variety of fruit and it would be nice to have decaffeinated coffee and hot oatmeal--but what I really object to is the use of plastic. Why not use real plates and cutlery and help cut back on plastic pollution? It's really a crime that this is considered acceptable in this day and age. "
