"This hotel is getting a little tired. We couldn’t use our balcony or the outside lounge because of bird crap on the chairs. It is in the landing pattern for Scottsdale Air Park so there is constant air traffic overhead. I don’t know why there were so many people flying in to Scottsdale at 5:00 am! The staff was super nice and accommodating. It is very clean and smells amazing, I was just a little disappointed that it wasn’t a little nicer for the area it is in. "

"The facilities and service were mostly excellent. I was disappointed with how difficult it was to get hot water to take a shower. Front desk clerk says I should have said something and they could have done something to make it work better. Guess I expect more when I'm paying over $200 per night. Is working hot water something I need to ask for? Staff was excellent and helpful though."

"Jamie at the Reception Desk made check in a breeze. This property is amazing and our room was set up like a fully furnished condo. The kitchen had everything you need including blender, toaster and icemaker. The shower stall was spacious and the room had a huge soaking tub. Comfy bed and separate living room made the accommodations perfect. Highly recommend this property. Big grotto style pool area a huge plus!"

"The host was responsive it’s unfortunate however that we needed to contact her. A great location for us. Nice nice space. Comfy beds. Smelled clean when we arrived. We were able to check in early. BUT There wasn’t any toilet paper upon arrival and the host instacarted it to the condo. The lock on the front door was not secure/functioning properly. It was two nights before the problems was fixed. Amenities such has hand soap, tissues, shampoo/conditioner appeared to be leftover from...
