"Michelle was so communicative and accommodating. We had such a wonderful time! My little guy was thrilled that there was a play structure on the property and LOVED playing with Michelle’s dog, Riley, who was always ready and waiting for my son to give him so pets and throw his stick. The tiny cabin was stocked with essentials and snacks, really anything that we might need for our stay. I would highly recommend Coral Tree House to anyone considering it! "

"This was a very nice property in the staff were excellent. The pools and Jacuzzi very very nice. The pool was perfect temperature wise. Did you could walk right in with no issues at all with the cold very unheard of at hotels. The tiny house or cottage was very nice. Just big enough two. I would definitely go back again. "

"I booked this room for my mom who needed a couple of days rest. She couldn’t stop expressing how much she loved the room with the kitchen and said she was never going to leave. She also said that the staff were so very nice to her. She really needed that so I’m so grateful for everyone who made her feel welcome. "

"For the price point it was an excellent stay. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the freeway and old town. The room was big. The couch was a little too soft and I sunk right in to it. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever had, but wasn’t the worst either. Overall I’d recommend this hotel. "

"Very cool, Hot Springs! I would have given the property an excellent, but it is still under renovation. The rooms are super spacious and love the design, we stayed in the Lakeside building - it seemed like the walls were paper thin because we could hear the people next to us laughing and carrying on around 11 PM… so that was a negative…. We did not have massage or use the bath house facilities, so can’t comment on that area! "

"No A/c and temperatures ran in low 90’s.Thermostat dead. No water in one of the vanity in master bathroom, supply line was clamped off. No handle on refrigerator freezer, it was sitting inside freezer. Lots of minor stuff that needs attention. No screens on the sliding doors and many windows so you had to choose bugs or sweating it out. "
