"The Staff was very nice and helpful "

"The hotel was really good, clean, and in great condition. It has all the amenities that you could need, the breakfast spread was awesome. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was there during the rain storm which was quite insane. The staff in all of this was very good, they tried their best to make the guests as comfortable as possible and help them in any way needed. "

"The suite was spacious, Clean. having a kitchenette could be a bonus for this room. staff are very nice. breakfast needs to include more varieties to match with Arab and western guests , as it focus on Asian food ... the hotel is next door to mall of the emirates , and Metro train station at the mall as well as less than 10 min walk to mashreq metro station. "

"The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room."

"Big sized apartments, we stayed in a one bed apartment which one had stand in balcony which we were slightly dissapointed with. Kitchen is well equipped however they do not have a toaster which i was slightly dissapointed with. Bathroom is little dated don't like the fact they have shower curtains. Staff are very helpful. Location is great as its close to MOE and easy to get onto the main roads. Overall was a good stay for what we paid for. "

"Excellent place to stay. Right near everything, beautiful clean hotel with comfy rooms. Only negative is the breakfast buffet. If not included with room, save ur 30AED/pp. would definitely stay again!!!"

"This is an excellent place to stay. The only issue I had was they have a very strict policy about visitors in the room which caused some initial problems with some friends visiting from the UK but reception addressed this and managed it very effectively. I have already recommended this hotel to two other guest who both enjoyed their stays. Great work guys "

"The room was decent in size but the A/C was very noisy. You can tell that the hotel is quite old and there are a lot of works required to bring it to these days standards. Breakfast selection was limited as well and juice always running low so most of the time "

"Hotel served its purpose for us. We only stayed two nights. Didn’t get to use the pool. Tried the fisherman’s restaurant and room service. It was ok. Convenient to have a coffee shop on site. "

"A bit dated, but excellent five-star staff! Good value for money close to MoE. Spacious room, comfortable bed. "

"Comfortable but a little dated in the bathroom. In a great location for most of the meetings we had and staff were fine and helpful. Just a note that the noise from the nightclub/ bar can be heard on floors above and didn't stop until 4 am on our last night."
