Brussels West 4 Stars Hotels

"Very nice establishment that offers wonderful views of Brussels. The view from the sauna and the gym cannot be beaten! The room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable. Staff in charge of lounge and food service seem to be quickly disorganized and inefficient. At the end of the day many towels were abandoned in the spa and lockers couldn’t be used "

"The hotel is very strategically located . Staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast lady is very pleasant and attentive and so is the cleaming lady. The continental breakfast is nice for startling the day. Only thing is the hotel right across the central station which is quite dirty in the front. "

"The hotel was great! Clean, close to the main areas but still far enough that it was nice and calm at night. There is only one thing that wasn't great, the noise of the water from the floor above me. I could hear the pipes when even ever the top floor was using the bathroom. Maybe some sound proofing for the bathroom. Otherwise I loved the hotel."

"Really cool vibe and the staff was exceptional, all very helpful and really seemed to be having a great time working and helping. The desk staff had great recommendations for food, beer and helped with capable directions in English"

"The hotel staff were very hospitable and friendly. We did face an issue on the first day due to repair work in the adjoining building, which created a very disturbing noise due to the drilling. However, the hotel staff were very quick to accommodate and change our room promptly. Overall, a nice, cozy and comfortable stay. The surrounding area is very central offers good connectivity and eating / shopping options. "

"Excellent hotel and really good value for what you get. Rooms were a good size and had lots of amenities. So that was the good. Now for areas of improvement. Instant coffee is fine for lesser hotels, but not for this caliber of hotel. It’s a given that drinks at a hotel bar are more expensive, but they were still pricey even by nice hotel standards. Obviously not a lot of serious concerns and the issues we did have had easy workarounds. Definitely would recommend staying here!"

"This hotel is at convenient location. This is close to the Grand palace and other historical sites. "

"The hotel was very nice, super clean and an excellent staff. The train station is a 5 minute walk away and the Grand-Place is no more than a 10 minute walk away. The rooms were nice with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. When I make it back to Brussels I’m staying here again for sure. One last thing we go in late one evening after being gone all day and I wanted something to eat, who ever made the hamburger I ordered deserves a medal as it was excellent! "

"Very close to Brussels Midi station so convenient for Eurostar. Easy to get to other parts of Brussels via Metro from Brussels Midi station. Nice room. Comfy bed. Air Con. Good buffet breakfast."
