Central Phoenix 4 Stars Hotels

"We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay; the apartment was very comfortable and clean, and the balcony had a great south-facing view towards the city and mountains (although it would have been nicer to face a bit more east or west to see the sun rise/set, but still very happy!) The amenities in the apartment provided were excellent, including coffee machine, full fridge freezer, cooker/oven range etc. Wifi was super fast and both bedrooms had a smart TV installed, as well as one in the main...

"For it being an expensive hotel i dont like that you have to pay for parking and that you have to call room service to control the Air conditioner. Very nice hotel though"

"We chose the downtown Kimpton location, because I wanted to avoid large resort fees. The staff couldn't have been any kinder! My only note is that the rooms (we rented 2 rooms), seemed to show some wear & tear on the furniture. The bench had a large stain on it & the furniture had nicks on it. Other than that, the rooms were clean."

"I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024."

"The apartment was nice, good location, bigger than expected, and the building has many amenities like gym, pool, grills, lounge that are very good. But the apartment was extremely dirty, all of it, kitchen, carpet, night table, closet, sheets, Flor, etc There was no toilet paper when I got there, one, one of the 2 towels was soaked, no shampoo or soap. I think is the worst experience that I've ever had staying at an apartment."
