"The entrance of hotel is located in an alley. Didi drivers do not know how to enter. It is in center of the city, by chengdu park. It is a walkable distance to good restaurant and shopping mall. However, most of staffs do not speak english. The one that do, not many speak well. This is true for all china. I do recommend it. "

Just a little surprised that the Guest service department messed up and sent me an “URGENT” email about me not checking in and failing to make payment after I had already checked in and paid in full with deposit the night before. This should not have happened in a big hotel like Marriott. Otherwise, a great hotel and very pleasing stay!"

"Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. We were stuck in the lift for roughly around 40 minutes. During the period of stuck inside the lift, we both felt unwell and we fearful of our lives, experiencing incomparable pain.
