"The hotel was excellent, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was nice and big. They have an essence spray as you walk into reception that weirdly just makes the whole place feel inviting. We stayed for two nights to go to a local club and we did a Spa day at the hotel's Y Spa on the Saturday which was brilliant."

"The hotel is perfectly placed close to the train station and Riverside The main reception and bar have had a recent face lift and looks very smart"

"A very convenient hotel with all the necessary bits and pieces. My only downside is the parking charges which i was not aware of and the restrictions during school times to access the hotel "

"Generally a great hotel but could operate better, could not book any meals and drinks to your room which meant you had to carry your wallet, such a high end hotel should trust its guests more, plus you can take a pre-autherisation payment! Would stop ahain though as it really is a nice hotel"
