"Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good location. Critiques if interested were no coffee maker in room, very limited selection in mini fridge (1 each of water, bottle beer and kiwi drink- nothing else) and lastly shower space was dated and on the smaller size. However these didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves and would recommend this hotel."

"Staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. Had a rental car issue and the gentleman behind the desk came outside and spent time solving the problem for us."

"Having 24 hour reception was very useful. Really nice breakfast on the terrace downstairs under the shade of the building. Buffet-style with lots of choice. Room is small, but adequate and air-conditioning worked. Only quibble is the disposable plastic cups in the room. "

"Had a great stay at Majesty Alberobello! Staff were friendly and helpful (Frederica was lovely). We had two rooms while there as we decided to extend our stay in alberobello after booking the first. Staff were very accomodating. First one came with breakfast buffet, which had plenty of choice; what you would expect from a business hotel. Basic but satisfying. Reasonably priced, as were the rooms themselves (though we were there off-peak [mid-september]). Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable;...

"A wonderful hotel with very helpful staff - particularly those on reception. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the town centre and the Trulli district. The swimming pools were an added bonus. Good spacious car park was appreciated. It was a great base from which to explore the town after the visitors had left!!!!"

"What a prefect location- 10min walk into old town. Large apartment for two, most uncomfortable bed we’ve slept in/ two singles pushed together with a big dip in the middle (not so great) old stale smell in the cupboards.( we kept them open the whole time to air ) Dining chairs not cleaned properly (food crumbs still on them) The pool area is fantastic ( although way too much chlorine) easy free parking great. The view made the stay!!!! So quite sitting on the balcony overlooking the old town &...
