"Was very satisfied with our stay, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was overall very clean with beautiful decor. The only issue we really had was the air unit in our room was very loud and we had to turn it completely off during the night, but other than that we were pretty satisfied with everything. "I loved absolutely everything about this charming boutique hotel. The rooms were immaculate and I loved the décor. Bathrooms were large and gorgeous as well. The location was probably my favorite aspect of the hotel as it was mere minutes walking to some amazing restaurants. Will definitely make this my hotel of choice whenever I visit Louisville. "

"This is a really nice hotel. The vibe is cool. You can walk around the various corridors and lower level to see cool art. The onsite restaurant is excellent! Great service, ambiance and food. The room was very clean, comfortable and bright. We definately will be back & we highly recommend! "

"The Hotel is quite interesting in it's layout. Having artwork available was refreshing. The building itself needs updating: carpets/walls etc. The beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful. We had a great breakfast at the Metropole ( connected ) and would eat there again. The parking was very inconvenient and expensive. I would not do that again"

"The hotel is unique and charming. I didn’t like how loud it was. I could hear cars all night. Also in order to use the treadmill I had to create an account with the software, which is cumbersome and unnecessary "
