"Stayed here for a few nights and liked the room overall. Staff were also very nice! However, there were a few weird / uncomfortable things about the hotel: - one of the ceiling/wall lights in the room literally had no switch to turn it off and I had to call the technician to come and disable it - there was no conditioner but there was shampoo (expected better from a 4-star) - restaurant was pricey and food was not good at all - location was kind of far from central Yogyakarta activities and...

"I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."

"Stayed for three nights, had an absolutely wonderful time. Highlights were the gorgeous pool (just the right temperature, every other pool we’ve had in Indonesia has been way too hot!), the friendly staff, and the enormous breakfast buffet — if you’re hesitating about paying the extra for the free breakfast, it’s absolutely worth it, and it’s a little different every day. "Location of the hotel is very strategic. Close to Monumen Jogja Kembali, dan in the crossing of Ring Road to Magelang. It is not centrally located in the city centre, but very easy access to get anywhere else. Room is quite comfortable, spacious, and clean. and in term of price, I think it is very reasonable."
