"We stayed 7 nights here and housekeeping staff were very nice. We didnt felt the front desk staffs weren't too nice or willing to help when we checked in and whole time we stayed. Hotel is clean but everything is dated and especially the shower and the bathroom. "

"Hotel is clean, breakfast buffet is really good. The Peak restaurant was excellent with musician while dining—it’s my best birthday dinner experience so far. It made the vibe really classy and romantic. They even sent me a free birthday cake on my bday which was a very sweet surprise!! We would come back to same hotel next time we visit Chiang Rai! "They location was very calm and relaxing. I would have rated it a 5 except I did not like the bathroom. It was open to the room unless you moved a wall around. You had to mive the whole wall every time uou wanted to use the bathroom. (Unless you like an exposed bathroom )."
