“Some areas very dirty .Manager wouldn’t keep bar open for residents after wedding . Breakfast plates/ glasses were dirty not one but a few breakfast was good after we got clean plates . Very short of staff staff having to run from one place to another as nobody else to cover.”

Stayed in one of the Hilton Suites comprising a sitting area, kitchenette bedroom and bathroom- the kitchenette was well fitted out with all the utensils and amenities required. All the areas were very well proportioned and roomy. The bed was very comfortable and the suite very clean. A great place to stay”
“We stayed in one of the offsite casa style rooms which was perfect for our family (we were parents travelling with two teenagers). Room was clean and had all we needed for our two night stay. We appreciated the afternoon scones and tea in the main hotel. We were surprised that our rooms didn’t have any housekeeping between our first and second nights so I’m not sure if that was part of the casa room service or not but our request for addition towels was taken care of quickly!”
“There were a number of great activities in and around the hotel. However we found our room to be very unclean, the floor was dirty and the door frame had a brown substance on it.
We were woken up by loud noises by staff from out the window. We didn't enjoy staying in the room.”
