"The staff at this property are among the best I have ever come across in all of my travels. These people absolutely go above and beyond do everything to make you happy and comfortable. I cannot say enough about them.
The facilities are amazing, including the rooftop. So many places to sit and they’re arranged in such a lovely fashion. The little bar on the first floor with the fireplace, was something we enjoyed every single day with a glass of wine. The property is absolutely beautiful.
Our only issue was our room had a very odd and unpleasant smell. No matter how much we tried to air it out, it didn’t seem to go away. In addition to that, our air conditioner in the bedroom, also put off and unpleasant smell, so we had to stop using it. Finally, the bathroom did not feel very clean and I did not want to walk around without shoes on, and the shower does not have a door, so there is a propensity to get the floor pretty wet. (And they will not give you e tea towels) The handheld shower was almost falling off of the wall, so we had to hold it, which makes hair washing difficult. Oh and the handheld will scald you if you have the temp on too hot. No scald controls. (We just laughed about that part, TBH).
I would still recommend because the staff and main areas are so wonderful. And the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant/ courtyard are absolutely wonderful. "
