“Parking is directly outside the building. Rooms were clean, bathrooms could do with a bit of work as quite dated and not as clean as would be expected. Stadf for check in were polite.”

I was not informed at the time of booking that a wedding would be taking place. I have no issue with events being held, but the noise continued until around 1am and made it impossible to get any sleep. When I raised this with staff, I was simply told “there’s nothing we can do as it’s a wedding.”...

“Great place to stay. Food always amazing”

“We had a very enjoyable stay with the Hampton by Hilton Liverpool/John Lennon Airport. We had booked 2 nights stay to attend the Grand National at Aintree. The room was good, and everything was well catered for, tea and coffee, an abundance of Shower gel, shampoo, and lovely body lotion. We could not fault the Hotel at all, the staff were exceptionally helpful and very pleasant, and could not do enough. There were unfortunately an issue with the keys to the room - they were not working...

“Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...

“Food was great, breakfast included in stay with lots of choice. Also ate in pub the 2 nights we stayed and quality of food was great. Staff very friendly. Room was nice but as some other reviews stated paintwork etc needs update and refresh but very comfy bed”
