“Good basic clean hotel room”

“Clean room, good parking, friendly staff and decent breakfast”

“Worst hotel experience ever. The wifi doesnt work properly. There's no signal so you cant use your data. The staff dont clean your rooms. There elevator is broken. There is no AC. The hotel serves no food. Sometimes there is no parking. The room is dirty. I saw spiders hiding in the room. Worst experience ever. I will not be coming here again and I do not reccomend it to anybody. Its not worth the price.”

“Given wrong room number on check-in but key cards for the room we were supposed to be in. At dinner, provided with out of date menu so meals ordered were not available and had to select something else. One staff member advised cocktails available but they didn't know how to make them. Other staff member advised cocktails not available. Ordered dessert (the first people in the dining room at dinner to do so) and after 45 minutes were advised that what we had selected had "run out" and was...

“Excellent place”

“We booked the Dinney B&B due to its close proximity to the Astbury Golf Resort, where we were attending a wedding reception. We visited the Dinney early, to work out the logistics and chanced to meet Keith the owner. He allowed us to drop our bags in our room, gave us our keys and assured us that we could leave our car at the Astbury, walk back and he'd sort a lift back the next day - now that's excellent customer service! The room was comfortable and clean, with a good ensuite shower room....

“The room was spacious and clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Decaf and ordinary coffee, tea and hot chocolate supplied and refreshed each day. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.”

“Had a great stay here, it had everything from great food , friendly staff and a well equipped gym and pool. To top it off for us, it’s dog friendly too! All the staff were super helpful and attentive to our needs, from reception to bar and gym staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome, even the gym members. “We had a very warm welcome from the friendly staff and were shown to the room which was clean and bright. The food that evening was excellent, and as it was a warm evening we spent a pleasant time sitting outside with our drinks afterwards.
