"I stayed at Roslyn’s before and even though it has older carpet and decor, we like staying there because generally the batting and the bathrooms are very clean however, this time it was a little different. We had stained pillowcase and the bathroom counter and sink or not clean very well. The toilet was not clean very well and it had the screws loose so that toilet seat was almost coming off of it. We had to call down. It was so late when we got there, they were gonna have a wait till the next morning however, they did find someone to come up and he took care of it right away so that was good, but it was very annoying because I was going to use the toilet until I knew I wasn’t gonna slide off of it. Another thing I noticed is that there was dust hair and a headband behind the door in the bathroom so evidently they’re not closing the door when they clean so I’ve decided not to look anywhere else because we only stay one night. I cleaned the toilet and went to bed. I will definitely try them again because one thing I did like about my last two stays at the same location is that on the sheets they were so clean. You cannot smell another person on them and that’s very unusual even at higher end hotels."
