"Room was adequate and clean, but very hot. Did not see the fan until after a night tossing and turning. Breakfast was great, check in was easy, and it is conveniently near the airport (and a huge mall, if that's your thing!) One piece of feedback: cleaners were very noisy, shouting down the hallways and slamming doors from 0745 onwards - perhaps requesting they be a bit quieter and more discreet for those who are on holiday and sleeping in!"

"Excellent hotel, with everything covered from business to leisure stays. Loads of facilities for children, lovely restaurants and bars and little seating areas everywhere. Really useful cafe area in the lobby for breakfast on the go, or a snack well into the evening. Taxi rank and bus stop right outside and Central train station just about 15 minutes walk away. All the staff we encountered were a perfect balance of professional and friendly. My only - tiny- grumble is that the bath was extremely slippy so a non slip mat would've been great, but that's being picky on an otherwise perfect stay. I'd happily stay again in a heartbeat - have already recommended it to family"

"Great location in the city center. Easy to walk everywhere and catch the metro to and from the airport. The room very very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows."

"Wake Up Copenhagen was perfect for our short stay in the city. Easy to check in and out. The room was very small and compact with very little space around the bed - but when you are only sleeping there, what do you need? My one issue was that there were not enough luggage lockers but having queried that with the staff they stored our luggage in a back room for the same price as a locker. Good budget hotel"
