"Checked in late, but Mason was great. He had an enormous task of several groups before we checked in. He handled them with composure and superior attunement to finding the best solutions for their needs as well as the issue of being booked out. We waited for a long time and he greeted us like we were his first guests. He is a different class of service! We enjoyed the room and the checkout process was so smooth. Everything turned out great. "The hotel is comfortable and it's so convenient having a small but full kitchen to be able to reheat food and have real utensils. It was very clean, there were many outlets (but no USB plugs so phone chargers need a block to be able to plug in) and the shower had good pressure. You can see, however, that the hotel has not been updated in a long time because of small maintenance items like chipping paint on the bottom of the bathroom door and the tub faucet being loose.
