"The hotel staff is extra extra patient and offer superb customer service! In particular we interacted with the front desk, the bistro attendant, the shuttle driver, and the housekeeping staff, everyone was great and made our stay pleasant. We will return and totally recommend the bunk bed rooms to families with littles. "

"I wasn’t expecting luxury given the price, but I did expect basic cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room did not meet that standard. The toilet seat had dried urine on it, and the bed sheets had noticeable yellow stains. There was also a Keurig coffee maker provided, but it was unusable due to how dirty it was inside. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The overall aesthetic of the property had potential and could have been quite nice, but the lack of cleanliness really took away from the experience."
