"I recently stayed at Hotel Diplomat during my visit to Zagreb. The overall experience was good in terms of service and cleanliness. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, and the staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were also very clean and well maintained. However, my main disappointment was the room itself. The room was extremely small and did not provide a comfortable amount of space for the stay. In addition, I had specifically requested a king-size bed, but instead was offered two connected twin beds. Unfortunately, the bed arrangement was not comfortable and still felt very small. While I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel, I believe the room size and sleeping comfort could be significantly improved to provide a better guest experience."
