Very comfortable and it had everything I needed to make breakfast and get a good night rest.

I loved the attention to details: a welcome beverage, bikes hanging in your personal carport, a rubber ducky in the shower, period perfect vintage furniture and art, and fresh baked cookies on checkout.

This hotel is a very nice experience in a quiet part of town away from the interstate. The owners, a young couple, have made every effort to provide a very clean, comfortable yet basic nights rest for weary travelers. The room is a little smaller than most hotels but has all the basic amenities one needs. The refrigerator, mircrowave, and TV were in good working order. This older hotel has been very tastefully renovated. The rooms are spacious and there are plenty of plug-ins for your devices. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and clean. Management was friendly and helpful. A bit bare bones but that’s reflected in the low rates. A great place for travelers on a budget who want a clean, comfortable, no-frills hotel.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. Good value. Only issue we had was the noise. I could hear lives unfolding outside the door, and the street racers screeching down the Blvd. AND I would stay here again.

we booked 4 motels rooms for one night .The motel was prepared for our arrival with easy check in .The staff gave us some great dining tips to some very convenient eatery's .The rooms were super clean with comfortable beds and the motel was quiet allowing us a great sleep ,all at an affordable price .We will definitely stay here again next time through.

Attractive property in a central location convenient to shopping, dining and other activities in and around Sedona. Parking was convenient, the room was spacious and well appointed and overall we enjoyed our stay.

The lady who checked us in was super sweet and friendly! The room was scented and had to be aired out. The advertised “suite” was really not a suit at all. Very old motel with a musty old smell in the kitchen of the “suite”. I went and cleaned the entire room with Clorox wipes. The amount of dust bunnies and dirty surfaces were abundant. Didn’t turn on the a/c because the filter was coated with dirt and dust! Thankfully there was a fan and we had it running all night. Along with a bathroom...

What we really liked most about this property was the manager, whose name unfortunately escapes me. He was such a kind and hospitable person. He let us check in early and check out a bit late. When we were unable to complete our trip up to the Grand Canyon due to severe storms and a power outage at our hotel there, he was ready to prepare our same room for us for a second night. He told us to stop in Flagstaff to eat because he was concerned that we wouldn’t find a restaurant open by the time we...
