"Everything was lovely from the air freshener in the lobby to the room. Staff was very helpful. Bathroom was beautiful in our room. Getting into the tub/shower was challenging but the shower was amazing. We enjoyed our two night stay. Great location. We actually walked back from the Trevi Fountain. Would definitely stay again."

"Rooftop bar was nice. Location was superb, walking distance to so much. Lots of restaurant options near. Staff was fair, not bad not great. Rooms were clean. We had a copper pipe break in our room, they moved us quickly to a smaller, lesser room. They then argued that it was just as nice as our original choice at checkout. Was a little challenging"

"The breakfast on the rooftop was very nice with a beautiful view! The room was cozy but the AC did not cool the room, so be prepared if visiting in summer. Hotel staff was very accommodating in keeping our luggage before we checked in and allowed us a 30min late check out as well. Great location with the Colosseo being a 15min walk and very close to main bus stops."

"We stayed in the suite with the City View. It was beautiful. The views were amazing the room was perfect I have absolutely no complaints. Staff were very friendly and I especially loved how close it was to the train station and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We would definitely stay here again. Don't listen to the people who gave one star I read a bunch of those and was discouraged when we got to the property I realized they were just a bunch of complaining Karen's. Everything was perfect"

"Staff was exceptionally helpful, and kind. Breakfast had lots of options, and overall was delicious. My only complaint would be with the coffee. I ordered an americano and the brought a big pot full of coffee. It was weak and didn’t have the same bite (it might be better to just make a cup). The location was ideal for being in the heart of things. With a stocked fridge which was all complimentary, including a little bottle of prosecco!"
