"It was a great price for one night with five adults. The room was clean and comfortable. While we never saw the staff onsite (we came in late and left early) they were very communicative via email. We had no issues with noise, and the restrooms and showers, while not ensuite, were clean and fine.
The surrounding area was less clean and around the corner there were a couple of people clearly bedding down for the night. But at no time did anyone feel unsafe. "
"Great location, super friendly and helpful staffs. Hotel is very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access, walking distance to subways, shopping and dining."

"Check in thru kiosk although staff are available to help if you come to a bind.
Wide selection for their breakfast/lunch buffet. I like the roof top view of the city."
"Great facilities, right near USJ. Customer service was so good, everyone was so polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, loved our stay. "
"This was a perfect choice for our stay in Osaka for 10 days back in July. Beautifully decorated and grand lobby with upscale decor and facilities. The room was spotless, with very nice AC and housekeeping service. Generous toiletries and replenishments of drinks each day. They even provided pain relief patches for foot and shoulder for free. The hot spring in the hotel was wonderful. Awesome restaurants especially the Japanese styled buffet breakfast and dinner. Customer service was superb, on point and responsive. We attended the World Expo Osaka-Kansai, and the hotel provided very detailed guidance and recommendations about the visit. There was actually a shuttle bus (for a minimal fee) from the hotel directly to the Expo. The hotel rep also gave us excellent advice as to where and how to explore Kyoto and Osaka, and where to park our rental car. Overall this was a dream come true trip and a 5 star quality hotel. We will be back! "
"The apartment was clean and the building is well kept. It’s close to a station so it was easy to get to where we wanted to go. It’s about a 20 minute leisurely walk from Universal City Walk so there is access to all styles of restaurants. If you want more local flavor, hop on the train and get to one of the other local neighborhoods and enjoy the local dining there. There is a Family Mart just down the street for quick and easy conbi food. We did have a problem with the door lock sticking one time but the staff were quick to respond when contacted via phone. AC worked well in the high heat and the beds were firm but comfortable. I would stay here again. "
"We went to Japan and stayed here because it was next to the Universal Studios place in Japan. I'm so glad we stayed here. Everyone was friendly and being next to the park made this trip very enjoyable. The rooms were clean and had nothing bad to report. No news is good news and everyone was very kind. "
