"Very nice rooms. Staff was helpful. Our room was clean. The balcony view was amazing. The bathroom was very nice and a bit spicy. The room was very romantic. Great for couples, but it may not be great for families because you can see into the shower from the bed area. It was perfect for my wife and it's anniversary trip. Probably the best pool I've ever been too. It had an amazing view, it was probably about 6 feet deep, and it was a beautiful pool. Only bad experience here was they were a bit pushy in telling me to rent an atv with their guy. I chose not to use their atv guy because the price was too high and the price kept changing."

"Beautiful hotel and spectacular view from Room 123!!! We loved this site and the location. However, the climb to the hotel must be a consideration, as it is quite a walk up alleys and stairs with the luggage. Breakfast was also delicious. We would return!"

"The hotel was really nice, and overall we had a great experience. However, I was expecting our room to be directly in front of the ocean, similar to what was shown in the photos on the website. Unfortunately, the actual room and view were different from what I expected. I just wish the photos had been a little more representative of the room we were given."

"Santorini Sky is a beautiful place, but what really made our stay special was the people. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was warm, welcoming and kind. Nothing felt like too much trouble, recommending somewhere to visit or simply checking that we had everything we needed. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and everyone we met seemed genuinely interested in making sure we enjoyed our stay. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional. Our villa was spotless when we arrived and was kept that way throughout our stay. The room, bathroom and outside areas were immaculate, and the pool and hot tub were cleaned and checked every day. The housekeeping team clearly take enormous pride in what they do, but they were also friendly, thoughtful and considerate whenever we saw them. What stood out most was the kindness shown by the whole team. It never felt forced or rehearsed; it was simply part of the atmosphere of the place. There were so many small touches and friendly conversations that made us feel at home. The team seemed to notice what guests might need before they even had to ask. The views and setting are every bit as impressive as the photographs suggest, but it is the staff who give Santorini Sky its character. Their warmth, care and attention turned an already wonderful location into somewhere truly memorable. We left feeling extremely well looked after and would return without hesitation. Ian & Kristee"

"We arrived at Skyfall suites and were immediately impressed. From the start to the finish. The service was top notch, we even did a spa day and had the best massages/facials. The view was so beautiful and I would highly recommend this resort! Thank you sky fall for making our honeymoon magical!"

"We had an amazing stay at Lilium hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and were always willing to go above and beyond. Breakfast had a great selection of continental options with attentive staff offering coffee made to your liking. The pool area was lovely with gorgeous views. There was never a rush for sun beds or any sun bed hogging. The rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard making our stay even more pleasant. The shuttle bus service to Fira was really helpful and always ran on time according to the regular schedule. This made access to Fira really easy where we could either enjoy time in Fira or get a public bus to Oia, etc. We also enjoyed lunch from the hotel’s snack menu which were all delicious and reasonably priced - we opted to share one lunch option which was plenty big enough for two of us! We will definitely be returning to Lilium in the future."
