“Nice hotel and a good location in town and short drive to many wineries (5 minute walk to restaurants). Quiet. Outdoor private hot tub is not heated (so was not really useable in October).”

“I had the most wonderful stay with Knossos Beach! It was end of season, and I knew that, but the hotel and staff were absolutely wonderful even though they must be exhausted from a long tourist season. Everyone was so genuinely friendly, and especially the women working in the buffet were the best part of every day--they made every moment extra special and I truly hope to return for another stay where I can see them again. I always love travelling to Greece, but this stay was especially...

“We stayed for 2 nights and it was very comfortable Room was wide and clean Breakfast was also good Staff was friendly I hope we will stay again”

“We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new boutique hotel. The location was perfect for us, conveniently close to both the airport and the port, with plenty of excellent restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. The room was exceptional—beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful touches like coffee in the room, plush robes, and luxurious towels made the stay feel extra special. The owner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our...

“Lovely hotel and lovely touches put in place for my partners birthday. Would come back!”

“Really good hotel. It’s a boutique and therefore you are treated especially well by the staff and family who own the hotel. The location is by the coast with 5min walk to a lovely beach area. Breakfast is good and the gym is ideal. The massage chairs are a great touch and very useful. The rooms are very good size with kitchen and with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A very good and calm place to stay and Heraklion is very nearby.”

“리조트의 위치가 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 걸어서 1-2분 거리에 해변이 있고, 야외 수영장도 4곳이 있어서 아이들과 물놀이 하며 놀기에 너무 좋았어요. 리조트 음식도 다양하고 맛있었고, 직원분들이 너무 친절해서 더욱 좋았어요. ”

“Wonderful welcome from wonderful staff. Nothing feels like too much trouble. The standard room was basic but was perfectly sufficient for our needs and cleaned every day. The hotel has a boutique style with 2 nice outdoor pools and one indoor, next to the small but sufficiently equipped gym. Unfortunately we did not have time to try out the spa treatments but the staff were also very nice in there. We were half-board and found the food to be excellent - lots of choice, very fresh and again,...

“Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Das Frühstück war großartig mit sehr viel Auswahl ebenso das Restaurant Essen. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral zur Stadt alles ist zu Fuß findest. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist aufjedenfall empfehlenswert und ich werde dort aufjedenfall nochmal hingehen”

“The jacuzzi never got hot and the thermal pools were tepid at best. No settings on the television to turn the brightness down. The shampoo and conditioner had clearly been reused over and over even though they were sample bottles. There are buttons on the walls that do nothing like open and close curtain except there's nothing hooked up to the curtain. I'm 5 ft 7 and I weigh 220 lb and I could not fit into your bathrobes which is incredibly sad because half of the men on the planet are bigger...

“-cons: I clearly requested quite room, but terrible noise made me crazy every night, even after 11 pm. And half board does not mean two meals are free. Some are charged. -pros: Some employees such as waiter in Paraiso and waitress of brunch restaurant (I don't remember the name) were very nice.”

“Wonderful front desk staff and beautiful place”
