“All was great”

“Lovely old building with smells of a proper English b&b”

“Stayed for a wedding 💒 every thing was thought of and loved our room opposite the main venue … real milk! Loads of charm , great Fullers Find xx”

“We had a lovely one-night stay at House 41 while visiting Aylesbury Theatre. The room was spotless, warm and welcoming, making it a lovely place to relax after our evening out. Helen, the owner, was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was freshly cooked, delicious and the perfect start to the day. We couldn’t fault our stay and would highly recommend House 41 to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely return if we’re in the...

“Lovely room comfortable bed staff friendly and helpful and a lovely breakfast”

“Stayed here 5 nights.. everything was good except there is no air conditioning; only a fan in the room and England was going through a heat wave. There is also no food offerings at this property and the pub next door only serves breakfast on weekends. It's not in a central location but otherwise the property was clean and beds were comfortable”

“Yes everything was spot on”

“Nice cosy relaxing place .nice restaurant The toilet door doesn't close properly”

“Arrived & nobody was in the whole building. Waiting half an hour for receptionist to arrive to check in. Generally quite clean but cobwebs around the windows & in draw. Lovely bath tub.”

“Aanrader. Een leuk huis met voldoende voorzieningen en een fijne serre vanwaar je uitkijkt over de gloeiende heuvels. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk. Enig minpunt was voor ons het bed. Dat vonden wij niet zo comfortabel (erg kort en erg zacht), maar dit hoeft uiteraard niet voor iedereen een probleem te zijn. ”

“Lovely staff and comfy bed, We were late for breakfast but the were still happy to serve us. The pub has recently been under new management so they are busy with improvements. Would happily return,”

“Super beautiful and spacious home more than suitable for a large family gathering. Beautiful surroundings and great facilities. Lovely bedrooms, plenty of space to sit and relax. Felt our stay was above and beyond. ”

“Beautiful setting and conveniently located to Tring and especially the train station which is a couple of minutes drive from the hotel. The rooms were clean and well appointed. After hours eats/snacks are not available. The only reason I left 3 stars for "well maintained" is that much of the wood trim on the exterior of the hotel is in desperate need for paint before the intricate wood trims start to rot. The grounds are magnificent. We would stay there again.”
