โThe hotel and services were excellent and the grounds and scenery were stunning - beautiful views every where you looked, . The staff were brilliant, extremely pleasant - very attentive and personal. We experienced a slight miscommunication between the hotel and spa on our last day, but the staff at the spa did their best to accommodate. Would highly recommend both hotel and spa for a relaxing break.โ
โVery nice accommodations overlooking the Thames River and All Saints Church. Loved the outdoor seating on the lawn. The food is excellent and the staff is genial. Definitely coming back and bringing family. โ
โThis is how hotels should be. It was absolutely esquisite. The finishings on the building was amazing and consistent throughout and was echoed by the quality at every angle, from the welcome, to food, to service, you name it. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere and a lovely place to be.
We stayed during a very quiet period out of holidaty season and were still made to feel very welcome, were always asked how we were, and were very aware that any member of staff would go above and beyond to help...

โA lovely location, our room was really nice. Last orders at the bar is a bit early - 10.45pm, no chance for a nightcap if you have been out for the evening. Good breakfast buffet! โ
โwe have just returned from a weekend stay and can highly recommend the hotel. Very clean and well kept staff ultra friendly and helpful and a really great experience.โ
