"The hotel was excellent. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was generous, and the room was very clean. The only inconvenience was the laundry—machines were often occupied, and with two-hour cycles, waits could be long. Overall, the hotel itself easily deserves five stars. I rated it four due to the location. Roppongi felt more focused on style than social interaction; as someone who values conversation over fashion, I found it difficult to connect with people there."

"Staff upon arrival seemed to not want to help me. I Stated that I wanted to check in and she said, wait. She immediately went to the further counter to help someone who had just walked up as I did. Very unprofessional. Taller female, slim in build. Did not get her name but she was there on the night of my check in. The one with the mask was very helpful. "

"Hotel was great, location was great and staff were very accommodating and helpful when needed. Only thing is if your a tall person it’s hard to fit in the toilet as it’s quiet small room. Other than that we loved our stay"

Some may think the room is small compared to American standards, however, I enjoyed it. Right off the subway. Easy access to the city. Thank you!"
