“An unforgettable stay, Exceptional Hospitality at Its Finest! I have stayed in many places around the world, but I can truly say we have never experienced such an excellent level of service at any other hotel before. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever visited, and the hospitality we received is unmatched. A massive, honorable mention goes to Chelsey and Robert at the front desk. They were absolutely incredible and went completely above and beyond for us. Their...

“It’s just a short walk to the park gate, perfect for heading straight to the Bailong Elevator. The host knew all the best hiking trails and told us which paths to avoid crowds.”

“If you want easy access, a wonderful person help planning the best sites, and willing to help. She is amazing and recommend staying here.”

“Great place, super relaxing. Ask for noodle soup for breakfast otherwise you get a sweet clubsandwich. If arrive mid September pack warm clothes as it can get pretty cold compared to surrounding areas. We went from 16 degrees at 1 pm to 33 degrees at 4pm by just taking the train.”

“Everything”

“The room was spotless and gorgeous. James went out of his way to help us in anything and everything. We travel constantly all over the world, but this was a truly remarkable experience. The owners were alway available and helpful, the tent hotel setup was impressive, and Zhangjiajie mountains are unbelievable. We are definitely coming back”

“The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a...

“장가계 티켓 예약을 안하고 갔는데 직원들이 다 예약해줬어요. ”

“Amazing views and friendly staff. Will miss this place.”

“Location is 6 mins walk from the middle gate of the Forrest Park entrance and about 20 mins DiDi ride to Walingyuen or Xibu Old Street. Staff super helpful. Gave us great suggestions on places to visit and also sold tickets to attractions. Breakfast buffet was fine..mix of Chinese and Western foods. You can also order bowls of noodles 🍜 which comes in spicy soup. We didn’t use the pool at all because of the weather. We went late September and we were ‘in the cloud’ most mornings on the 6...

“Even before we arrived, we were already in the caring hands of the hotel's concierge, Susan，She tailored the perfect sightseeing itinerary around our schedule and the weather, and even sorted out our onward transportation to the next stop. Whatever we needed, she responded right away and took care of everything flawlessly. The hotel is full of thoughtful touches, but the standout for us was the laundry service — no matter how late we sent our clothes out, the next morning we'd open the door to...

“Das Frühstück war gut aber durch die vielen Leute beim Frühstück war immer schnell alles aus .”

“깨끗햇어요 ”

“The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and made our entire stay in Zhangjiajie so easy and memorable. We’re so glad we chose to stay here. They organized our full three-day itinerary for us, made sure we were able to see all of the biggest attractions, and even helped us get better prices on a lot of the tickets and activities. One day we had trouble getting a DiDi, and without us even having to worry about it, the staff made sure we had a ride arranged and ready for us the next...
