"We got locked out of our room with our bags still inside before our check out time.
I asked a housekeeper to let win but she said she couldn’t and directed me to go to the front desk.
I went down and got a new key and went up - it didn’t work! Went back down and they sent a person up with me with a new key which also did not work.
Finally a different housekeeper let us in so we did not have to miss our cruise !!🚢"
